Doing a start up will make you quickly realize if you married the right person. Met my wife while getting my teaching credential. Taught for one year and then went into the wine business. Worked for Gallo Wine Company (Surprise).

Blake Petty
Chief Operations Officer; Founder

Everyday is different at ONEHOPE and I am never doing the same thing day in and day out, so there is never an opportunity to get bored or tired of what I am doing. Looking back at where we have come from and looking towards the future at where we are going is exciting. It is even more exciting knowing that the sky is the limit not only with our brand, but with what I can do within our company. Today our focus is our wine, but ten years from now we could have multiple products all within the ONEHOPE family. Not only is this exciting for us as a brand, but it is exciting to think how many charities we will be able to help and all the money that will be raised to actually make a difference during our lifetime. The term being socially responsible gets thrown around a lot, but everyday the team at ONEHOPE lives and breathes social responsibility and it is apart of our core beliefs. I am proud of what we have accomplished up to this point and can't wait to see where we go next, watch out because here we come.

Sarah Gora

“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams, live the life you have imagined.” – Thoreau

Sarah graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree. Directly after graduation, she started working for Gallo Wine Co of Southern California as a Sales Rep. Less than a year later she was quickly promoted to a Distract Manager position in LA. While working at Gallo, Sarah met Jake Kloberdanz on an incentive trip where he proceeded to share his ideas of creating ONEHOPE. At that moment, Sarah told Jake, if he ever pursued starting the company, she wanted to be apart of it. Low and behold, that day came when ONEHOPE, at the time HOPE Wine, was created.

Originally from San Diego, Sarah has been with ONEHOPE since 2007. Among the many hats ONEHOPE team members wear, Sarah launched the San Diego market. As ONEHOPE expanded, she moved up to Northern California to manage ONEHOPE's distributor partner, events, and gain distribution through key account retail and restaurant outlets. Sarah currently resides in San Francisco where her job responsibilities include managing all of California distribution, interns, events, and planning.

She loves working for ONEHOPE and is often found enjoying outdoor activities, traveling, yoga, exploring everything San Francisco has to offer, and visiting with friends and family.

In June 2006, Kristen joined forces with 7 of her twenty-something Gallo colleagues to establish ONEHOPE Wine in Orange County, CA. After tremendous success in the California market, the brand expanded distribution to Arizona in April 2007, bringing Kristen back to her hometown, Scottsdale. Today, she serves as the company’s Vice President of Sales, overseeing all sales and marketing efforts in Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada.

"Every morning when I wake up, I know that I have the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life through my work with ONEHOPE. Personally, being the wife of a brave soldier who served in Iraq, I get the opportunity to have a daily reminder of what I do first hand.....and why I do it."

Libby Congelliere
Marketing Brand Manager

"I see being a part of ONEHOPE as more than a job. It is a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Everyday the passion behind ONEHOPE inspires me. I am just ONE, but it's clear as a team we are making a difference."

I've always been intrigued by amount of variables that come into play with wine making. The soil, the climate, the hands that harvest the grapes, there are so many characteristics that will influence the end result. Wine is constantly changing and growing and so is our team and goals. Coming from the Restaurant Industry for the last 6 years, I have been a part of many guests' experiences when it comes to celebrating and sharing time together over good food and great wine. I now have the opportunity to be a part of sharing amazing wine and ONEHOPE's mission to the masses at our special events. Being a part of the ONEHOPE team allows me to introduce our wines and a new way to enjoy wine for a cause. My passion for gathering people together has been taken to new levels because of ONEHOPE being the focus. I love inspiring people with the idea of ONE Hope, MANY Causes.

Haley Harris
Director of Hope at Home

Haley Harris has a special passion for wine, it's been apart of her life since the day she was born. Haley is a California native, where her family owns and operates a vineyard in the Central Coast. In 2008, Haley graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism. After a stint in the world of Hollywood TV production, she sought a career change that would guide her back to her roots: working in the wine industry.

By the end of 2008, Haley was working full time for her family’s vineyard, Indian Valley Vineyards, and wearing many hats as the marketing director and day-to-day operations manager. In 2009, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to work as an intern for One Hope Wine to further her knowledge of the wine industry and work with a cause oriented brand. In early 2010, Haley developed ONEHOPE Wine’s Hope at Home program, offering private wine pourings. She currently serves as the director of Hope at Home.

Sarah Anderson
Account Executive, Executive Assistant to the CEO

In 2010, Sarah felt that her career was in need of a shift and decided to leave AIG after 6 years to pursue a new opportunity. Staying busy networking and looking for a job, Sarah felt that it would be a good idea to find a non-profit to get involved with while she looked for a permanent job. In May 2010, Sarah started as an intern with ONEHOPE as the Los Angeles Brand Ambassador, where she worked alongside Libby Congelliere in Events and Marketing. Over the course of time, her passion for the company developed and she found herself spending little to no time looking for a job, focusing all of her energy on ONEHOPE. Her enthusiasm and passion were apparent, and she officially joined the ONEHOPE family in October 2010. Sarah is ecstatic to have been given this opportunity! She is currently the Los Angeles Account Executive, and hopes to further develop and expand the Account Management role into other markets. She also serves as Executive Assistant to CEO, Jake Kloberdanz. Sarah graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2003 with a B.S. in Business and Marketing

Sarah resides in Los Angeles and is an avid Bikram yogi. She loves to go wine tasting with friends and also loves to travel.
