The next cause partner we are highlighting for our 10-Year Anniversary campaign is Team Rubicon! We love working with Team Rubicon, from their mission to their successes, the organization truly excels at what they do.
Team Rubicon unites the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams. Since their founding in January 2010 in the wake of the Haiti earthquake, they’ve responded to more than 150 disasters across the world while helping veterans rediscover a sense of purpose, community, and identity often loss after taking off the uniform.
Through continued service, Team Rubicon seeks to provide our veterans with three things they lose after leaving the military: a purpose, gained through disaster relief; community, built by serving with others; and self-worth, from recognizing the impact one individual can make. Coupled with leadership development and other opportunities, Team Rubicon looks to help veterans transition from military to civilian life.
Team Rubicon has too many success stories to count! Here are some worth noting:
