Campfire S’mores Skillet

Keep the cozy winter vibes going all season long with this scrumptious 3-ingredient s’mores skillet recipe! Here’s what you need to make this campfire classic.


-24 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

-1 cup half and half

-Large Marshmallows, cut in half

Suggested Dippers

-Graham Crackers – honey, chocolate, or cinnamon

-Pretzel Rods

Vintner Cabernet Sauvignon


In a saucepan on low heat, add the chocolate chips and half and half. Slowly whisk until the chocolate is melted and creamy.

Remove from heat and pour directly into a 10-inch cast iron skillet or pie dish. Set in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes (or overnight if you are preparing for the next day.)

When ready, preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Cut your marshmallows in half and place on top of chocolate mixture. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Dip your favorite graham crackers into the skillet and enjoy!
