March 8th is International Women’s Day and we want to take this opportunity to celebrate the amazing women in our community who are dedicated to making the world a better place. This year, we want to raise money and awareness for women’s causes by hosting as many wine tastings as possible on International Women’s Day! We invite you to hold an at-home wine tasting on March 8th to raise money for a cause you care about and celebrate what it means to be a powerhouse female.
How to Host an At-Home Wine Tasting
The first step to hosting an event on International Women’s Day is to connect with your local Cause Entrepreneur! Don’t have one yet? Visit the Hosting page on our website, click “Host a Tasting” and fill out the form to learn more and be connected with a Cause Entrepreneur in your area.
Your Cause Entrepreneur will help you plan and execute your tasting! First, you’ll select a 501(c)3 nonprofit, to donate 10% of your event proceeds to.
Next it’s time to choose your wines! Mix and match 6 wines to taste at your event, and receive up to 40% off your purchase. If you aren’t sure which wines to taste, your Cause Entrepreneur will be happy to make recommendations!
Last but not least, gather names of friends and family that you want to attend and send out an invite! You can easily create an evite to save on postage and collect RSVP’s online!

Now comes the fun part, decorating for your tasting! You can keep it simple by making a cheese board, or you can go all-out and follow our table display inspiration below!
