The next installment in our Owl’s Brew Recipe series is a Darjeeling Tea Sparkler with Strawberry and Hibiscus! Darjeeling tea is a thin-bodied and light-colored tea infused with a floral aroma. It pairs nicely with our CA Sparkling Brut which has tasting notes of fresh green apple and nectarine with a hint of fresh baked bread. Add fruit (strawberries and hibiscus) to the mix and you’ve got a tasty, refreshing treat!
INGREDIENTS:
2oz. Owl’s Brew Pink and Black
2oz. ONEHOPE California Brut Sparkling Wine
DIRECTIONS:
Gently mix these two ingredients in a small cocktail glass and stir with a small stick. Garnish with fresh strawberries. That’s it!
Serve chilled.
