Prosciutto Crostini
Makes 20 Crostini

Wine pairing: Vintner Collection Chardonnay
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, cut diagonally into ¼” slices
- 10 oz goat cheese
- 20 slices prosciutto
- 6 ½ tbsp. honey
- 1 bunch fresh thyme
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Set baguette slices in an even layer on a baking sheet and toast for 8 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Layer each ingredient on top of the baguette in this order: 1 tbsp. goat cheese, 1 slice prosciutto, 1 tsp. drizzled honey, 4-5 thyme leaves.
**Optional add on: A slice of fresh pear adds a wonderful crisp and burst of sweetness to this dish
