Prosciutto Crostini Appetizer

Prosciutto Crostini Recipe ONEHOPE Wine

Prosciutto Crostini

Makes 20 Crostini 

30 minutes

Wine pairing: Vintner Collection Chardonnay


  • 1 baguette, cut diagonally into ¼” slices
  • 10 oz goat cheese
  • 20 slices prosciutto
  • 6 ½ tbsp. honey
  • 1 bunch fresh thyme
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Set baguette slices in an even layer on a baking sheet and toast for 8 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  2. Layer each ingredient on top of the baguette in this order: 1 tbsp. goat cheese, 1 slice prosciutto, 1 tsp. drizzled honey, 4-5 thyme leaves.

**Optional add on: A slice of fresh pear adds a wonderful crisp and burst of sweetness to this dish
