Rosemary Muscat Granita

Rosemary Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

-8oz water

-⅓ cup white sugar

-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary plus more for garnish

-5oz of ONEHOPE California Muscat Canelli

-1 splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice

-Lemon twist for garnish (optional)

Directions

Place the water, sugar, and 4 fresh rosemary sprigs in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let cool.

Stir in 5oz of the ONEHOPE California Muscat Canelli and a splash of lemon juice.

Freeze in a container for at least 3 hours, stirring often as it solidifies.

Scoop the granita into glasses, and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon twist! Snap a pic and tag us in your caption!

If you’d like to make this recipe for 4, simply double the quantities above and follow the same instructions. Please note that this recipe is extremely fragrant and is packed with rosemary flavor! If you decide to make it for 4, we suggest using the same quantity of rosemary as the recipe above (unless you’re a rosemary fanatic in which case, double it up!)
