Who is your winemaker?

Most of our wines (unless otherwise specified) are crafted by Rob Mondavi, Jr. in Napa. Rob is a fourth generation winemaker from the pioneering Mondavi wine family. For ONEHOPE, Rob sought to create a portfolio of approachable, everyday wines. Rob sourced grapes from select growing regions spanning California- from Napa Valley to the Central Coast.

How can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact Customer Service ASAP! Some pending orders can be canceled or changed but after an order ships, no changes may be made.

How do I join your wine club?

We have three different Wine Club options to suit your preference. Purchase our 3-bottle, 6-bottle, or 12-bottle Wine Club memberships and you will automatically become a wine club member, receiving new shipments 4 times per year.

What is your return policy?

We are committed to 110% customer satisfaction. If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it! If you receive a bad bottle, simply put the cork back in the bottle and give us a call or contact us via the form below. We will send out a replacement shipment to you right away.

Where is your wine made?

The majority of our wines are hand-crafted by our winemaker, Rob Mondavi, Jr. in Napa. Our grapes our sourced from premier grape-growing regions throughout California, including Napa Valley, Sonoma, the Central Coast, and Santa Barbara County. For more specific information about a particular wine’s appellation, see the wine’s product detail page.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Your shipping rate will depend on where you’re shipping your wine to (we ship from our fulfillment center in Orange County, CA) and how heavy your shipment is. Our shipping rates are calculated by our shipping provider, UPS, and represent the actual cost to ship your items (i.e. we do not up-charge for shipping).

Do I need to be present to receive my shipment?

YES! Someone 21 or older must be present to sign for your wine shipment. If no one of age is available, the shipment will be returned. If you have already placed your order and do not think anyone of age will be available to receive your shipment, please give us a call or email us ASAP!

How long will my order take in transit?

We are able to ship orders within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order on Once your order is handed over to UPS, you will receive a shipment notification via email with tracking information. Please refer to this handy map for shipping transit times based on your location:
