Howell Mountain’s colder microclimate typically escapes the fog of Napa Valley. In an effort to survive these conditions, Howell Mountain cabernet sauvignon grapes are smaller in size and group together in small clusters. The result is fruit with a higher skin-to-juice ratio and a highly concentrated, deeper colored wine with higher tannin. Our 2014 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is highlighted by notes of dired blackberries, cuban cigar, and vibrant ripe fruit. Each bottle helps deliver quality health care services to families in need throughout the Napa Valley.
