Ingredients:
-1 baguette, sliced diagonally into ⅓ inch pieces
-11 oz. goat cheese log
-6 TBSP. honey
-Zest from 1 lemon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lay baguette slices on a baking sheet, and toast in the oven for 5 minutes, just until bread is light brown and slightly crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Spread a layer of goat cheese on each slice. Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of honey on top, and finish with a sprinkle of lemon zest.
