ONEHOPE Wine $10k Social Media Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility:
The ONEHOPE Wine $10k Social Media Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of ONEHOPE Wine (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on October 7, 2023 and ends on October 18th at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.
How to Enter:
During the Entry Period, participants must follow these steps to enter:

- Like the official Giveaway post.
- Comment on the official Giveaway post, mentioning and/or tagging the name of the nonprofit organization you’d like to nominate.
Prize:
Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each winning nonprofit will receive a $1,000 donation from the ONEHOPE Foundation.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about October 20th. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered. Must be a registered nonprofit in the United States in order to receive donation.
General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
