Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

Next, indulge in a Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble, where the tartness of rhubarb and sweetness of strawberries echo the lively character of our Bloom Rosé.

Makes: 10 ramekins

  • 1 ¼ pounds rhubarb, trimmed & cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the strawberries, rhubarb, brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fruits have softened and a thick sauce has formed.

Crumble Topping

  • 12 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¾ cup sweetened shredded coconut

Watermelon Mint Frosé (ft. Our Bloom Rosé)

End your meal on a high note with our Watermelon Mint Frosé, a frosty, mint-infused delight. Since pioneering the frosé in 2014, we’ve perfected this refreshing watermelon and mint blend, showcasing Bloom Rosé’s versatility for the ideal summer sip by the pool.

  • One ONEHOPE Bloom Rosé
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 5 mint leaves (plus a few extra for garnish)
  • 5 cups watermelon purée (about ½ of a small, seedless watermelon)
  • Juice of 1 lime

  1. Pour rose into ice cube trays, and freeze for 6 hours, or overnight.
  2. Add sugar, water, and mint to a small pot over low heat, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally just until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and let cool & steep for 30 minutes before removing the mint leaves.
  3. Combine watermelon, lime, and simple syrup in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Combine both rose & watermelon ice cubes in a blender and puree until smooth & slushy. This will blend easier if the cubes are slightly thawed / runny.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf and/or a slice of watermelon on the rim of each glass.

Test Kitchen Tip: For “fast freezing”, pour rose & watermelon onto separate trays and set in the freezer for 3 hours.
