Hope at Home: Harvest 2020 Recipes

There are so many incredible flavors that come with each season, and summer is no exception. The ripe stone fruits, juicy tomatoes, and fresh berries were just a few ingredients that inspired these harvest themed recipes for our Hope at Home catalog. Harvest Peach & Heirloom Tomato Caprese

10 mins / Serves 6

Ingredients

-1 lb peaches, sliced into thin wedges

-1 lb heirloom tomatoes, sliced

-1 cup packed fresh basil

-8 oz burrata

-Olive oil

ONEHOPE Blackberry Ginger Balsamic (or any reduced balsamic vinegar)

-Sea salt & black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine peaches, tomatoes, basil and burrata in a large serving bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic over the top and finish with fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt.

Red Wine Spritzer

Ingredients

-4 blackberries
-Juice from ½ a lime
-1 tsp honey
-⅓ cup ONEHOPE Vintner Merlot
-½ cup tonic water
-Ice

Directions

  1. In the serving glass, muddle together the blackberries, lime juice, and honey. Add merlot and tonic water and fill glass with ice. 
  2. Garnish with whole blackberries and a slice of lime.

Lemon Hummus With Pomegranate & Feta

15 mins / Serves 4

Ingredients

– (1) 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, liquid included

-½ cup olive oil

-⅓ cup fresh lemon juice

-¼ cup tahini

-2 garlic cloves

-½ tsp salt

-½ tsp pepper

Garnishes

-½ cup pomegranate seeds

-2 tbsp pomegranate reduction

-2 oz feta (crumbled)

-Microgreens

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a shallow bowl for serving and top with pomegranate seeds, feta, microgreens, and a drizzle of pomegranate reduction.

-Pear Nectar

-Peach puree

Directions

  1. Set up a variety of glass jars and plates with sugars and spices for rimming your mimosas.
  2. Add apple, pear, and peach juices to individual carafes.
